Introduce Red, Amber and Green (perhaps in pastel shades) to highlight actions/statuses throughout BBG records. E.g. for overdue requirements highlight them in red. For approved requests highlight them in green.

It would be great to have these two BB systems speak to each other so that contacts can be shared with both systems.

When PDFing an application the margins are really large and the body of the document looks squished into the document. It would be better to have both left and right margins 1 to 1.5cm.

A warning message appears when paying the payment and changing the payment date to one that falls on a different fiscal year, so it would be very useful for scheduled payments as well.
