Remove maroon lines in ad hoc reports - they appear by default. Cannot change

Scheduled reports only sent if search returns values
Scheduled reports are really useful but I think they could be improved by adding an option to only email reports when the search behind them has returned results. That would create improved workflow and allow us to use the reports as 'to do' items...

Permit Field Formatting in Adhoc Reports
We used to have the ability to edit field layout in reports. For instance, the city and state fields could be pulled onto one line to read: Pittsburgh, PA. See attached sample of report form and generation.
