This would be a user friendly feature to add to the reviewer portal. Imagine while reading you can highlight a section or insert your question next to the text.

When a coding sheet field is added to a Blueprint Review form, the Primary value flag (the star) does not appear on the Review screen in the Reviewer Portal. The Reviewer cannot tell which of the displayed values is the Primary one for the field.
