I'd like to be able to search for payments to organizations in a certain state or states. The Advanced Search for Payments does not allow me to select the Organization State. I find the list of available fields in Advanced quite limiting.

This functionality exists when a review is completed. This would eliminate the manual emailing of all staff when applications are considered. It could work like the email notification when reviews are completed.
