Document Template Manager should be able to support HTML code/links, so we can include a hyperlink to our applications in our correspondance emails to our Grantseekers.

It would simplify and speed up the process! I could create and send emails directly from the correspondence in Blackbaud and it would look a lot nicer and would increase the functionality for our users and grant seekers. To include the hyperlink would allow me to send the email directly from the system and not have to re-create the email in outlook. Double the work! Please consider this new idea, as it would increase productivity and be aesthetically pleasing to our applicants.

I totally agree. I am trying to include a hyperlink in a email back to the grantee to use our secure Docusign portal to fill out important ACH payment information. I needed to create a template to pull the information in, but If I want them to fill it out I will need to put in LONG http: address to copy and paste into a browser as opposed to a simple ACH Form link where that can take them there.
