Increase default timeout setting

Can we please increase the default timeout of 20 minutes to 60minutes (or longer) in the Forms manager section. We didn't know about the default when we started our first time and it caused a lot of strife for applicants on our first time around.

    Hi Tyler,

    I've been told by Buzzacott, the implementation partner we're working with, that it's possible for them to change the timeout setting for IGAM forms. I'm not sure if you're working with a consultancy or directly with Blackbaud, but I've been informed that it certainly is possible with a 'master' admin account.
