Currently, the generated file name is a random sequence of numbers / letters. This looks unprofessional and may confuse the recipient. Enabling a user to edit the file name before attaching, or for mass communications keeping the original template file name with the sequence following would be better - e.g. 'Grant Offer Letter s3dx57cs'.
