Unpinned items should automatically unpin when starting a new session

  • This is our 2nd year using system. When we login it says we have grants pinned and I am sure they are from last year but they are no longer visible to unpin. How do I access old grants to unpin? we would really like all the pinned items from Session 1 to zero out instead of us having to find the old grants and unpin    (I was told by your help desk that we could not find grants to unpin.)

    Hi - We are reviewing some ideas from before the launch of SKY view to see how they fit against future plans. This one has me stumped - do you mind elaborating (or maybe sharing a screenshot) if this is still affecting you today? Feel free to let us know if this no longer feels relevant for you, and we will close it. I'm especially confused by the use of the term "pinned" here as that term does not appear in Blackbaud Grantmaking. Is this perhaps feedback from another product (RE NXT, FE NXT, Online Express, etc.), or do you have a custom dashboard part or custom field called "Pinned"? Thank you!
