We find users will name a file nonsensically. As an example, we would like a project budget to be named, for instance, "[OrgName]-[RequestID]-AppBudget.xls". A full organization budget file would be, "[OrgName]-[RequestID]-OrgBudget.xls".

We could accomplish this with the ability to define our naming conventions, it would improve our ability to access and distribute these files over the life of the grant.
