Managed Saved Views window requires horizontal scrolling to see columns

The Managed Saved Views window -- maybe other windows as well -- cannot be resized or moved on the screen. As a result, the info in the columns -- Name, Description, Last Updated -- is not fully displayed.

    We have increased the size of this modal to allow viewing of more information without being required to scroll to see all columns.
