Requirements on Grant Record in SKY should include filter select to see Open, Closed, or All requirements Merged

Grants can often have a large number of requirements and in Classic there is a dropdown where you can select to view only open, closed, or all requirements. This makes it MUCH easier and faster to find what you are looking especially when the list...
