In Sky, selecting CC contacts on email correspondence needs corrected to only select the checked contact and not two contacts at once.

This seems like a flaw. Two contacts are selected at the same time, when I am only trying to select one to be copied on the email. Subsequent to that, when I try to delete the unwanted contact, the wrong contact is deleted. I one I did not want is retained, while the one I wanted to copy is deleted, regardless of the contact I try to delete. See the attachment.

    I am trying to Generate an Email Template for multiple Payment records. When I try to select one contact type, it automatically selects two as shown below. I only want to cc the (Request) Arconic Contact in this case; I don’t want to cc the (Organization) Arconic Contact. But when I check the (Request) Arconic Contact, the (Organization) Arconic Contact also “checks itself.” If I try to toggle the (Organization) Arconic Contact box to unselect it, it toggles/unselects both of the boxes. This happens all the way through the list of contacts. If I toggle any single box, it automatically toggles both the Request and Organization contact, and then untoggles them both at the same time.
