Have email return address show actual email address inputted into template - not "mail@grantapplication.com

When I send an email the From has the name: Kornfeld Foundation and the email: <mail@grantapplication.com> which is confusing to recipient. Rather it should populate with the email address I put in the REPLY TO: field of the template.

mail@grantapplication.com is often treated as SPAM and blocked; this causes a lot of grief for applicants expecting important emails due to this.

I think I'm surprised that there aren't any other comments on this issue which has caused us grief a few times.

If the recipient clicks 'reply' the email will be sent to the email address in the template, however, it is more common that the recipient clicks on the mail@grantapplication.com to reply. Eventually they contact us to find out that we didn't get their email. It makes us appear unprofessional as we haven't responded and it has also occurred in a funding round where we were placed in the compromising position of having to decide whether to allow an applicant to submit post the closing date. It would be my preference to leave the email address mail@grantapplication.com out of the auto reply altogether.
