Current functionality:  The system doesn’t let me copy and paste an email address in when I am changing an account from one email address to another.  Desired functionality: Client would like to be able to use ctrl-v or copy-paste to enter e-mail addresses when creating or transferring grantee accounts. Reason: it would avoid error
