Enhancement Brief Description "Upload Replacement" button for documents in Gifts Online when using Internet Explorer Current Function Currently,in IE, there are documents that have an option to "Upload Replacement" for and others where that feature is not available. When "upload replacement" is not available, there is "Check out". Some clients prefer "Upload Replacement". Please see the "Steps to Replicate" below -- done in https://alcoa.gogiftsonline.com Desired Function Client would like to have the option "Upload Replacement" available for any type of document" in Internet Explorer. Reason For Function Client prefers, for their ease of use (as well as for consistency), updating documents by uploading a replacement (revised) document. Priority Medium Steps used by TS and client to demonstrate the differences of when "Upload Replacement does/doesn't appear: 1. Do "Full Search". 2. Select Payments on left to search Payments 3. Search Criteria is "Payment Scheduled Date = May 1, 2015". 4. Search, returns 10 results. 5. Open a payment (we used CityYear). 6. Click on "Documents" associated with this on the lower left of the screen. 7. Open the letter document. 8. In the "Actions" menu on top right, there is a button for "Upload Replacement". She is missing this button. (this button does appear for me in Firefox ... but it does not appear in IE 11 -- the only browser she has and can use). Now, do the following replication steps (part 2) -- for document #222379: Steps to see where the "Upload Replacement" button does exist in IE 11: 1. Full Search 2. Search for Requests with Approval Date of 4/20/2015 -- there will be 1 result. 3. Open this request. 4. go to related Documents (bottom left side of screen). 5. Open the "Email re banking/bookkeeping at JHU" document, dated 4/17/2015. 6. Look up on the "Actions" menu -- and, you will see that the "Upload Replacement" option is present. In both replication steps 1 and 2 above in Firefox, the "Upload Replacement" option is present. In IE 11, only in the latter does it appear.
