When percentage based coding is enabled, dashboard charts should display the split amounts

**Brief Description** Client would like the chart on the dashboard to display the data for codes that are 50-50 on the record      **Current Function** If a certain request has 2 codes (50-50), on the dashboard chart it will only reflect the data from the  primary code on the request. So if the request amount was 2,000 with the codes being 50 percent for religion (primary code) and another 50 percent for community, it would come up on the chart with the amount of 2000 for religion instead of dividing it with 1000 for religion and 1000 for community  **Desired Function** Based on the example above, the client would like to have the codes displayed based on all the codes and not just the primary. So 1000 dollars for religion and 1000 dollars for community instead of having it as just 2000 for religion since it is the primary code.  **Reason For Function** Client feels that this better reflects the data  Priority -Medium

Odd that a dashboard cannot provide charts based on secondary values/responses. Also that primary codes are not primary responses for the application but based on an A-Z. This is not a priority to the application and it would be good that their first response is used as 'their' priority.
