NEW FUNCTIONALITY Client would like currency fields to auto format in IGAM forms   CURRENT FUNCTIONALITY Putting request amount at 40000 stays at 40000, not $40,000 REASON FOR FUNCTIONALITY Convenience, makes reading numbers easier

    this should apply for any number field, show the commas on the application screen
