•Brief Description: Client would to be able to send requirements to a different address/account than primary applicant    •Current Function: Currently when publishing requirements; they are pushed to the account that has submitted the original application/request.   •Desired Function: Client would like the option to send requirements out to a different address or account than the primary applicant, if they so choose.   •Reason for Function:  For some applicants; they have an administrative or other department that wishes to process any requirement requests separate from the primary applicant  •Priority: High
