Desired Functionality: When a Requirement is received from the Applicant, the Program Officer who sent the Requirement will receive an automated email notification.  Client would like a feature where the Requirement once submitted, can be CC'd to multiple email addresses within the Client's Organization. Current Functionality: When Requirement is submitted, an email is only targeted to the Program Officer to sent the requirement. Reason: Client would like more flexibility in awareness of Requirement Submittal.
