We are currently considering this as part of a concept we are calling the "Applications Inbox", a new-and-improved screen for processing incoming applications. While this feature is only being considered right now and is not finalized, these are some of the things we are currently exploring:

We 100% need a better duplicate checking process. The fact that Titles are not available for update during the duplicate check process has now become nothing less than shocking. This needs to be fixed/updated ASAP. It takes alot of time to check the html file for the contact's new title and then update it in at least two places, the Contact's Affiliation to both the Organization and the new Request record. Also, bear in mind that the Contact Title field is not even available for display on the Contact Blueprint form. Why not????? Title is apparently a field on the Contact record, we can add it to the IGAM form, but not the Blueprint form????
Agreed. Without this feature, there is plenty of room for error when organizational fields are not updated. Seems outdated in 2021, to have to visually check for information changes rather than having the system perform this.
I would like the organization name to be able to be updated when bringing information in from the IGAM, I would also like that the Cheque payee details also be able to be updated through this part of the IGAM. The reason this would be helpful will save on admin time, as we have to currently download the application form and cheque all details individually, which is a nuisance. we would like to put the responsibility back into the hands of the applicants, which will save on admin time. it does not have to be something that automatically updates, just to have the option in the IGAM along with the other organization details to be able to tick the box for it to be updated if we wish. Many thanks.
