Desired Functionality: When a resubmission for an Application is requested, Client would like the Request NOT to be created in GO Current Functionality: When a resubmission for an Application is requested, the Request is still listed as Considered in Gifts Online. Reason: Client finds process confusing that when a resubmission is chosen the Request still exists in GO.  She would rather there be a Republish button in the Applications Module separate from having to Consider the Application first hand.
