**BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Client would like to be able to have email notifications to reviewers when someone starts a Discussion in the Reviews Discussion option. **CURRENT FUNCTIONALITY: Currently when you are in the external reviews and you start a discussion no one knows until they log into the External Review portal for the review. **REASON FOR NEW FUNCTIONALITY: Client would like anyone / reviewers that are attached to the review to get a notification that a discussion has been started and they should also be able to opt out of the email notifications.
I would love for the grant staff to get an email notification when there is a discussion. I also, would like the discussions saved in the request under activities or someplace useful to pull/reference in the event an audit is needed.
