Current functionality: to create a new Request that is not a renewal of an existing Request, all the information must be entered in again. Desired functionality: client would like a way to batch-create or otherwise duplicate existing Requests where the only difference is the Organization. Reason: client's process involves many requests that are only different in the Organization, this would save a lot of work and time
