When deleting requirement documents, automatically set the Requirement to "Not received"

Enhancement Brief Description When one deletes a document, and chooses to delete the document and its related activity, it does not truly do that, as GO still acts as if the requirement is received when it is not.

Current Function When one deletes a document, and chooses to delete the document and its related activity, the requirement's "received flag" remains reflecting that the requirement has been received.

Desired Function When one deletes a document, and chooses to delete the document and its related activity, client requests that this action should also reset the requirement/document "received flag" to it's original "not received" state.

Reason For Function This is necessary for the Application and Requirement reports to reflect the current state of applications and requirements received/due, respectively. Priority Medium
