BRIEF DESCRIPTION Client would like a message to be displayed when they're user account is about to be deactivated CURRENT FUNCTIONALITY  No message gets displayed when a user account is about to be deactivated REASON FOR NEW FUNCTIONALITY Client would like to have this functionality so that the user can use the forgot password link if they're account is about to be deactivated since they can no longer use the link once they have  been deactivated. This would save time on their end and also would have it so they wouldn't need to  reset it through us as often.
