Enhancement Request: Brief Description Client would like to be able to schedule budget reports in Gifts Online

Current Functionality: You can schedule ad-hoc and standard reports, but not Budget reports

Desired Functionality: Client wants to be able to schedule budget reports, too

Reason for Request: Client has several budget reports she needs to run on a regular base.
