•Brief Description: Client requests an improvement to Reports that allows them to pull unique results for each Application Form

•Current Function: Currently, when a user builds an Application, they may use several fields to add to the application in order to gather data but this data does not store in any Standard Report; the clients must build an ad-hoc report including many columns to view all this data

•Desired Function: The client is hoping to see an improvement to Reports so that when an Application form is made, there may be a report to run that pulls all answers from all fields for that form

•Reason for Function: The reason for this function is to make reporting easier and more user-friendly

•Priority: Medium
