•Brief Description: Client requests ability to build ad hoc reports for eligibility quiz results

•Current Function: Currently, there is only one means to run the eligibility quiz report - through Standard Application reports in the Report Manager

•Desired Function: The client wants to be able to build ad hoc reports that use information from the GAM with special attention paid to Eligibility Quiz results

•Reason for Function: The client's reason for this is for more comprehensive reporting and to determine what applicants are most often requesting in terms of grant types
