Automatically publish requirement form when requirement is created

NEW FUNCTIONALITY: When a client has GIFTS Online setup to auto create requirements once a request is approved, the client would like the associated online Requirement form to also be automatically Published to the web.
CURRENT FUNCTIONALITY: You must manually publish online requirements or publish them in a batch.
Why: Client approves hundreds of applications at once, then must publish hundreds of online requirements. While she can do this in a batch ? she would like it to be automated at the time of approval.

We really need this. It would help with productivity on my end and make it easier for me to not have to stop once a month and check and see when requirement reports are due.
