Client currently is on Gifts Alta, but makes this enhancement request for Gifts Online prior to their adopting it. Enhancement Brief Description Client would like the name of the title for Recommender's visibile to the applicant on the IGAM page to be editable. Current Function Currently the title by the chevron is "Recommenders". Desired Function Client would like the title by the chevron changed to "Referees", the word used by those in the UK. Reason For Function They are not asking for a recommendation, but are asking for a reference. This is standard British terminology. The term "Recommender" is never used in the UK in this context. This will cause confusion and the client thinks that this has the potential to save them a lot of time but only if they don?t get lots of calls from applicants & referees because they don?t understand it all.
