Print Email documents from GIFTS Online as they appear in Outlook

Brief Description: Client requesting the ability to print Email documents from GIFTS Online as they appear in Outlook

Current Function: Currently, users can double-click Mail document records and review the Notes to read the details of the email that was sent to their applicant

Desired Function: The client wants to be able to view these Notes in a print-friendly format from the Document record

Reason for Function: The reason for this request is that the client's workflow requires printed copies of all communication for their filing; currently she must add herself as a CC or BCC to any outgoing email, but would prefer the ability to print the Document record from GIFTS Online to this option

    I agree. The same thing is happening in Gifts Alta. Since the system is automated to place the email content into a long text field, there is no printing function availble for the emails since it is not a file/document. It would be nice to have the availablility to print these emails from the system instead of outlook.
