Enhancement Brief Description: Client would like ability to rename any code table.

Current Function: Presently, client can rename only user-defined code tables.

Desired Function: Client would like the ability to change the name of any code table (including system-defined tables)

Reason For Function: Client would like to have the flexibility of customizing their Gifts Online system to suit their needs internally, where appropriate. Client is also trying their best to sync with an incompatible Finance system, and one of the system-defined code fields is one they're trying to sync so therefore it would be great if they both had the same code table names.
