I would like to be able to create a folder of documents for Reviewers. I would put all the documents that the Reviewer needs to see in the folder and post it to share with the Reviewer. As reviewers of Approved Requests need to see different documents than reviewers of Pending Requests, it would solve the problem of Sharing/Unsharing of the various documents.
How does this impact me?: As an example, we use an external reviewer to make a site visit to the Grantee's Financial Office to "review" budget reports submitted against the Grantee's General Ledger -- in lieu of an audit. The financial reviewer is looking at Approved Requests and needs to see only the final budget report and any documentation relating to budget amendments. Second example, Reviewers of Stage 2 applications are reviewing Pending Requests and need to see the original Stage 1 application, the Stage 2 RFP, but not internal memorandums, file folder labels, emails acknowledging receipt of applications, etc.
Folders are a must --- I have 220 grantees times 12 documents per grantee -- sharing and unsharing documents is a burden. Please implement some sort of Folder options so we can organize documents.
