For all requests or requirements which have related documents, the process to download them is tedious. You have to open each record, then click the link to open or download the file, then repeat. Let's say a program officer has 20 requests to review, each with 8 attachments. And they have to review the final reports from the last grant for each of those 20 requests, and those have 4 attachments each. That adds up to hours of just downloading files...
