NEW FUNCTIONALITY: Client would like ability to CC organization primary contact from request records

CURRENT FUNCTIONALITY: There is no ability to select org primary contact from request correspondence dropdown

REASON FOR FUNCTIONALITY: Convenience, client often emails both primary contacts
