BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Client would like to have a setting in GO to get notified via once an applicant has submitted an application

CURRENT FUNCTIONALITY: Currently we can only run a submitted applications report to view who has submitted applications but there is no setting to get an email notification once an application has been submitted.

REASON FOR NEW FUNCTIONALITY: Client doesn't have too many applications come in so this feature would be ideal for them in order to be on top of their work
