Fields Required On Submit vs. On Save in Reviewer Portal

NEW FUNCTIONALITY: Client would like required fields to be required only on submit, not on save

CURRENT FUNCTIONALITY: In a review form, required fields are required upon save and submit

REASON FOR FUNCTIONALITY: Client has reivewers that save and finish later, they have to input text in all fields prior to saving

    Closing this old idea that hasn't been updated in a long time. This was made available in an update in October 2016. Fields on Blueprint forms can now be set to the new "Required on submit" setting, to solve for this.
