NEW FUNCTIONALITY: Client would like further control over send to pdf function in reviewer portal

CURRENT FUNCTIONALITY: Client can only hit send to pdf and not format it

REASON FOR FUNCTIONALITY: Client doesn't like appearance of pdfs that are generated

    It would also be helpful to allow users to decide whether to include page numbers in the merged PDFs. We sometimes want to combine several sets of merged documents, and the page numbers print atop each other.
