Embedded Links or Graphics in Emails

Current Functionality: Clients can only enter plain text in email messages

Desired Functionality: Client would like to be able to include HTML functions in emails such as embedded images and the ability to include hyperlink

Client Reason: Client would like e-mails to work like regular e-mails

    Given the many years that the option to embed images and hyperlinks in emails has existed, it's shocking that this isn't yet possible in the GIFTS Online-generated emails. This capability is expected, and is essential for creating professional email communications, especially messages sent on behalf of senior executives. How quickly will this functionality be added?
