Brief Description: If the UK GO IGAM servers were to become unavailable, instead of the standard '404 site unavailable' message being used, a customised one containing more helpful information would be a great improvement.

Current Functionality: Standard Microsoft IIS 404 page is in place.

Reason for New Functionality: Our clients would like a more helpful message to be put into place that would reassure their applicants that the problem is being looked into e.g. "we are aware that this site is currently unavailable, and are working to rectify the problem as soon as possible".
