Enhancement Requested: Client would Like Stage 2 forms to have the options for Populate with GIFTS Online value

Current Functionality: Stage 2 forms allow populate from Stage 1, Set Value, or No Value

Client Reason for Functionality Change: Would make building the form easier and more customized
