Make documents shareable by default

Enhancement requested:When generating a letter/write up, I would like to make documents shareable by defualt

Current functionality:All documents default as not sharable, there is no setting to change in order to alter this option

Client reason for functionality change: Majority of documents are sharable and this would save time

    This OPTION is requested - some organizations may not want documents shareable but some want all shareable by default.  This functionality existed in the Alta/GIFTS ReviewerConnect. You could set the shareable status PER STAGE. See attached screenshot
