NEW FUNCTIONALITY: Client would like ability to show declined request info in organization view in GIFTS Online

CURRENT FUNCTIONALITY: Client can add last grant amount and last grant date but they do no include declined requests

REASON FOR FUNCTIONALITY: Client would like to see the info for declined requests
