Brief Description: Client requests ability to edit titles, subtitles, and column headings in Standard GO Reports

Current Function: Currently, Standard reports do not allow for editing of any presentation features such as column titles/headings/subtitles/etc.

Desired Function: The client desires more control over these aspects of the report

Reason for Function: The reason for this request is to be able to tailor Standard Reports better for presentation purposes and to give the client greater control over the behavior of Standard Reports
