NEW FUNCTIONALITY: Client would like to search by Contact FIRST name in the Full Search i

GO CURRENT FUNCTIONALITY:  You must use the Advanced search field to search by First Name

REASON FOR FUNCTIONALITY:  Client receives phone calls from grantees and often can only understand the first name.   She would like to be able to search by it without doing an advanced search
