I too was disappointed - I don't recall knowing this ahead of our purchase. As the technical support person I do not use a Windows machine, though all the other users do. It's a shame that when they have an issue with templates I have to jump through quite a few hoops to even begin to duplicate or test a solution. And sometimes the hoops are impossible so I just give up.
I was very disappointed to learn that the MicroEdge Template Manager is not compatible with the new Mac computers I purchased for our office. I would never have imagined that a program so integral to the function of your product would now be unavailable to us. Am I offered a reduced annual subscription fee now that Template Manager is no longer available for our use?
