Client would like the ability to add and remove columns on the grantee/applicant account page

      Why we need this: Grantees can follow the progress of their grant requests.  When they see the grant is approved, they assume the grant is approved at the requested amount.  Would like to remove the requested amount column or add the recommended or granted amount column so as to lessen any confusion.
