Client would like to be able to attach documents to email templates created from GO

Currently the client is generating an email template in GIFTS Online and then copying the email contents with the merged fields into an outlook email so they can attach a document that is being stored on their computer files. They then have to copy themselves and use the outlook functions to send that to GO for a record in GO of the email being sent. Ideally they would like to attach their contract they have with a non profit to the approval email they are sending out and have a record of that.

    With our 6.1 release scheduled for ~March 29th, 2016 we will be adding the ability to include both external attachments (files saved on your computer, etc.) and GO Letter Templates with your email correspondence.
