When Batch sending correspondence, client would like more control over what affiliations are brought in via Role Merged

•Brief Description: When Batch sending correspondence, client would like more control over what affiliations are brought in via Role

•Current Function: Currently, in GO, when sending Email in Batch, affiliations bring brought to CC or BCC fields via role brings all in from the organization, regardless of it being closed, or not being tied to the Payment or request directly.

•Desired Function: Would like closed affiliations, or those not directly associated with the payment/request to have the option to be excluded.

•Reason for Function: This would allow better control of whim batch emails are sent out to.

    YES!!! In my opinion the Email in Batch feature is not operable. It brings in closed affiliations which  might mean that person has moved on from the Organization. It looks really bad when we send emails like that!!!! They think our database is not up to date.
