Currently, to search for grants approved in a specific year (not this year, last  year or next year), we have to use the Approval Date field and enter two full dates, usually January 1 to December 31.    The Grant Fiscal Year is in the table and is a much faster way to search for grants approved in a specific year, at least for me.  Please add it to the Request table Filter Options.
